Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.

We accept most exchanges and returns within 30 days of purchase as long as the item has tags on it, new condition and hasn't been visibly worn. Please note that return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
All returns must be shipped to us within 30 days of your order purchase date or we cannot give you a refund or exchange. Additionally, any product returned that is used or damaged will be rejected and will not be sent back to the customer.
We do not offer any returns or exchanges on International orders at this time.
Lyfe Active will not be held responsible for lost returns. Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email of your return.
SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS All items in our Sale/Clearance Collection are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Some accessories are also FINAL sale and cannot be returned and will say FINAL sale in description.
DAMAGE/DEFECTIVE ITEMS We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, email email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your order, and include a picture of the defective or damaged item along with your order number. Requests after 3 days will not be accepted for either a return or exchange.
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, you are able to do so within 30 days of your order purchase date. Exchanged products must be unworn, in their original condition, and labels in place (if any). We will provide a free pre-paid shipping label for exchanges.
Once you've shipped your return items, please confirm with us via email. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns outside of 30 days of when your order was received. Gift Cards and Custom Orders are final sale.
To start a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at email@example.com .

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
